The LCMS Foundation is committed to providing its customers with the best possible service. We surveyed our donors about the type of account statements they prefered. In response, we provided a statement that reflects the Foundation's ongoing commitment to improve customer service quality based on customer feedback.
The statement is designed to give you an at-a-glance assessment of your account status. You can determine with ease and convenience how your investments are allocated and what account transactions have been made. You can quickly determine your cost basis, market value and what percent each asset represents to your total account value.
